Rooms for 2008/09:
Most houses are now let. There are only two now aailable for the 08/09 season :
* a large 4 bed house, Leeds Road, 4 large doubles, whole house £150/wk exc. bills, private parking for several cars ;
* a large 3 bed house, Leeds Road, all double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms large enough for a couple. Brand new and very large kitchen. Whole house £115/wk exc. bills. Parking for several cars.
* 2 bed house, very large double and a single. Large lounge, kitchen/dining room and large bathroom with shower over. Rear and fromt garden.

Our houses are located close to the University, usually no more than a 10 minute walk. All are within 1.5 miles of campus and are on regular bus routes. Parking is not a problem at any of the properties.

Huddersfield is an old Yorkshire town, proud of its heritage and traditions. The housing stock around the centre is typically of stone construction with blue slate roofs. Cellars are common as well as staircases - many houses in the locale having 3 or 4 floors, due to being constructed on hillsides.

Student-living.com provide accommodation in such traditional housing. They are solid, spacious and have many original features. We operate a system where you pay the minimum for accommodation and you then pay for what you use in terms of gas, electricity and water. House insurance (not contents) and maintenence of the central heating system are included in the rent. Each student pays a £200 Bond which is returned after a satisfactory inspection at the end of the contract.
