We provide comfortable and affordable accommodation for students in Huddersfield. Spread over the the town, we have 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses comprising single and double rooms (and bed-sits). We cater for single students, couples and groups. We still have rooms vacant for the 2008/09 academic year.

Huddersfield is a very inexpensive town to live and there are plenty of Halls of Residence places available. These are great for your first year and when you are ready to take on a more independent life-style (and save yourself some money too), we are here to provide you with good quality affordable living, in houses packed with features . Your rent includes house (not contents) insurance and maintenence for the gas central heating system. All you need to do is pay for the services you use in the house. We are fair, honest and reliable - the deposit you pay is deducted from your first terms rent and we have no booking fees.
